Waited a long time at both ends for truck to arrive. A little frustrating to be honest. When it did the guys were excellent.

The two removal people were very pleasant to work with. They were somewhat slow to begin which put pressure on them to complete the job at the end of the day. However, thay think we may have been underquaoted regarding the volume. There was no breakage other than an ornamental outdoor pot broken. This hopefully will be mended by gluing - could this be followed up with please. Many thanks.

So far, CONROY will definately be our choice to move but, we do noticed that the initial service is so much more efficient as compared to after sale service...!! Kindly look into this!

We also do hope that CONROY will look into " keeping in touch with  customers even if the uplift is not in a few months after confirmation of service! This is CONROYs weakness..which we hope to see improvement here too.

Otherwise, everything else is of satisfactory status!

Scott the driver was the saving factor, nothing was a problem, got the job done. We unloaded in pouring rain, not very pleasant. We will request Scott for the next shift to Tauranga. Some of our stuff ended up in boxes from the wrong room.
