"everything is so well packed"
Everything good except one really annoying thing...the name labels stuck to every item of my furniture. They are REALLY hard to remove, if not impossible, and some have damaged items. There are easy to remove stickers, and really hard to remove stickers. Please invest in higher quality removable ones, or find another way of safely labelling. Other than that little gripe, everything is so well packed, and the service can't really be faulted. Cheers!

I was very impressed with the 3 'guys' that did our move.They worked effectively and efficiently.
They were polite, careful. clean, tidy and thoughtful.
I look forward to contacting Conroy's again in approx 6 months for my next move-to my brand new house.

Everything was excellent, only room for improvement is better communication beforehand on what are the exact next steps involved after shipping the goods e.g. Arrival, quarantine, clearance etc. Also proof of visa could be asked earlier, not after of goods in the country. Lastly some items were spread accross boxes and unlabeled, e.g.bed posts in a separate box unmarked, making assembling the bed impossible by the person delivering unless boxes are opened till the post is found, or assembly is done ourselves. However Lee in Perth was very professional and helpful throughout the move, big plus overall for Conroy and will definitely use you again in the future.
The two men were efficient & punctual
The two men were efficient & punctual. After the move I paid with a cheque & I said to them I was quoted $325 plus insurance but I was unaware how much the insurance was as although I had asked for insurance I had never been actually quoted for it? The men knew nothing about the insurance? Shortly after they left I noticed a chunk of wood missing from the rear of one of the lounge chairs. I decided not to complain about that & thought I could get it fixed somehow. Since then I have received an email & another invoice for the insurance. Firstly I believe that the insurance was far too excessive & if I had been quoted this amount I would never have accepted. It was after all just a 10 minute journey & a minimal load. If you expect me to pay the insurance invoice I would like to know firstly why I was not advised of the exact amount & secondly what you intend to do re the damage.

My previous review last month was quite unsatisfactory (online response approx mid Feb and earlier email to Izabela George and Stuart Laurenson (10 Feb). I am pleased to say that Conroys responded promptly and efficiently to the problems identified, and went to some trouble to put things right. Everything is now in the right place and my faith in Conroys restored. Thanks Stuart!
All was done really good. Just one sad moment - looks like something very heavy was standing over the box with crockery (was named clearely with sign 'fragile')- as a result one plate was broken.
