we have used conroys now on four occasions and overall have found your service to be very good. this move was probably the least satisfactory as it incurred the most breakages that we ever had, including a number of pieces of pottery, a desk unit, glassware, and other items. this was dissappointing. however despite that we have always received good timely and efficient service and would continue to recommend your company to others

Good timing and great service. Always polite and willing to help. Hassle free only negative was the AWF temp unloading in Palmerston North was banging furniture, leaving boxes in door way and thumping walls inside house and door frames. The lack of experience showed but the supervisor was very experienced but was often challenge and let down by the temps performance this resulted to damage on our furniture

"good job guys"
Quite happy with the way it all went - the only gripe I had (& it was relatively minor, although it annoyed me a bit at the time) concerned stuff that had to be taken apart/unscrewed. Please tell your packers to put any screws/nuts/bolts with the disassembled items (putting them in a ziplock bag or similar and taping that to the item is the way to go). I had fun trying to find screws/nuts/bolts etc that were not packed with their items come time for reassembly! Other than that, good job guys!

"easy to deal with"
I found Conroy's really easy to deal with, all the staff were great. A few things were damaged (chipped or marked) unfortunately through the move due to packing, but the overall service was great. Time wise with the packing of the container we weren't aware of how long it took had to leave them to it, and hope everything was packed, which it was! Thanks again
The reason we have only given you a 4, is we have had a few minor breakages, and also a power cable belonging to our caravan, has gone missing and also a towing mirror which was in the front boot of the caravan is broken, we realize that the caravan was shiped to New Zealand, not by yourselves, but by Taurus Logistics, so that my be where the problem re the power cable and the broken towing mirror, IS, the power cable is a 25 mtr 15 amp supply one,
other wise we are very happy with the sevice from Conroys, and the delivery to our new home in New Zealand we tops.
