I was impressed with the gentleman sent to pack my contents, he was respectful of my home and contnets and did the job well. The guys loading the van were helpful and did the job in a timely manner. I do think the assessor underestimated the time it would take to complete the packing which impacted on the length of time the job actually took.

Well organised company, very communicative during the overseas moving process with updates on progression through customs etc. Some difficulty in getting my small lot (4 boxes) delivered to home because they only deliver according to their timetable and I work full time. I ended up getting delivered to my work and hiring a car to take it home. Minor issue. But I would use them again for sure.

For management.

We had Jay and Jonny packing for us.  Jonny is one lazy guy and you should be very concerned about his productivity and I am glad I was not paying him by the hour. It seemed that every time I saw him, he was having a smoke, checking his phone or just taking a break.  While Jay was packing the garden shed Jonny was laying on the floor inside the house checking his phone. Of course he did do some work but not half as much as Jay.

On the flip side, Jay was was awesome both in his work ethic and his communication with me.  A big thank you to Jay and the other 2 guys that moved us.  It was a long day and they did a great job.
