Quick and easy removal from the Auckland flat, but when I really needed the items they forgot the main item- the bed. However they did deliver it the next day without too much hassle, so I thank them for sorting this out effectively and efficiently.

This is the second time I have used your services. The first delivery last Sept I believe, was excellence personified. The guys were tremendous,worked hard and were very careful. This time they weren't so motivated, had a lot of breaks and often carried too much dropping fragile boxes. Nice guys all round, arrived on time and very couteous

Just wanted to say that our goods arrived in perfect condition!  It had been packed so well on your end that despite multiple stops across Canada it arrived with absolutely zero damage!  My only complaint was on our delivery at this end-it took a lot longer to receive our goods than was expected because of how the company in Canada handled it. I think this is because we did not have a lot so it was low on their priorties. Thanks for your care of our household items!

We were most impressed with the efficiency & professionalism of Conroys with our move recently.

My only gripe was: it takes 2 big sheets of newsprint to wrap a lightbulb, yet my terracota bird bath got wrapped in a blanket and was the first thing to fall out once the back door of the truck was opened (and smashed). Some of my outside concrete furniture also got very scratched and chipped in transit and I suspect it was because it wasn't wrapped securely enough when it first left my home and went into storage before being delivered in another truck. Which would suggest that it could have been wrapped better. But that aside, Conroys did a wonderful job and certainly made it easier than doing it ourselves and we could have broken a whole lot more than a birdbath!
