Doug at Tauranga branch very helpful - provided boxes, paper etc to pack.
Removal team very good and I felt they were careful with our possessions - involved loading on to small truck and taking up windy driveway to long haul truck
Driver (Phil) were helful at both ends of the move
There was one young, inexperienced member at Wanganui to assist with unload
Got a call from Sue (Tga depot) on the day of the move for my day before the move call to see how things were going - so seemed a bit disorganised

A few scratches and dings on some of our furniture. Wellington delivery team were good. Packing team in Tauranga were average.

Everything was on time and pickup and delivery went superbly. The only issue was the truck sent was too small for the load and have had to wait several days until a second load arrives. If it comes on Tues 25th morning we will be happy as there will be no one home from 12 till 2.00pm.

What could have been a little better is communicating information on progress of the shipment. I only got an automated email after asking, and also didn't get an email confirmation of the delivery appointment.

It would be great if more staff were there for delivery. On the delivery day, only 2 staff were there to unload two 20feet containers.

After unpacking everything I have found that my SKY remote and Samsung tv remote were missing.
I have been able to get another tv remote no problem but SKY have charged me $25 for a replacement remote

4 stars not 5 because of a delivery issue at the Whangaparoa end of the excercise. Our agreement stated Tuesday Oct 11 as the delivery date so my son who is employed in downtown Ak made his plans with work accordingly. Unfortunately the goods were not delivered until Wednesday 4 which caused him considerable inconvenience.which I believe he made known. With that in mind I have ticked communication and delivery. However my personal experience was fine.

Appreciated prompt response and ongoing comms prior to removal task. Positive attitude of the 3 removal men regarding difficult move of heavy, awkward item down internal stairway. Oversight of foreman ensured all went smoothly. Good team.

We need a 'Maybe' option for questions 2 and 3. I felt the customer service from the Delivery and Sales people was excellent. However, your Operations people need to work on their communication and organisation skills. I could not get hold of Peter when the truck was late, there was no answer and he did not return my calls after leaving a message. The truck was meant to be on-site on Wednesday October 5th between 8:30 and 9am but did not arrive until closer to 11:30. When I was talking to the lads loading the truck, apparently they had been waiting all morning to get assigned a job! It sounds like there is an element of disorganisation in the Auckland operations. The same could not be said for the Hawkes Bay people - they were very good. All of the delivery people were good at both ends, as was the salesman (Scott) and customer support (Pea) and the Hawkes Bay operations guy (can't rememer his name sorry) - I wish I could say the same for Peter in Auckland Operations but I can't. We got there eventually which was good but moving is a stressful experience and I believe there is some work to be done there. Other than that it was a good experience, there was some minor damage to a couple of the larger pieces of wooden furniture but that is to be expected. Thanks for the good move!
