Good communication; patience and practicality when loading. Have done 3 shifts now and always happy. Recomend happily.

Exellent communications (regular email updates) while in transit from Brisbane to Tauranga and through the customs/quarantine services in Tauranga. However after that, heard nothing for 10 days, sent an enquiry email (no reply) and then had to phone to find out what was going on - swift delivery following call and all arrived fine. Communication from Tauranga depot could have been better!

"very obliging"
Brownie and Ti did a good job and were very obliging. When we had to change our booking date on more than one occasion, Conroys were able to accommodate us. Thanks to Sue for sorting this for us.
We would definitely recommend Conroys to others.

Overall a very good experience . staff were very polite and hardworking. could have been more efficient in packing.

I asked for the manager Rodney to call me regarding the damaged goods. This is also highlighted on the Docket. Still waiting for a call- maybe he's on holiday?

The people who we dealt with from quotation to delivery were great. However when our items were unpacked there was some damage. A vase that was given to me by my best friend which had "fragile" written over the packaging had a wheelbarrow placed on top of it when the final delivery truck was packed. The vase is completely broken. We've also got damage to some bedroom furniture. So although i have stated above that i would recommend conroys to others it wouldn't be without caution and telling people about the items that were damaged/broken.
Overall Great service - a little bit of challenge getting pickup info sorted ( needed to be transferred around the office ) but as in between Xmas / New Year - no surprise and in the end the pickup was on scheduale - 2 really great freindly guys - delivery - we called 3 days before actual delivery and spoke to CHC despatach - advised expect Weds 11 - and a call the day before to confirm which was OK for us - what happen however was you guys got an early run south and Gordan ( another great friendly guy ) called saying he was 30 min out and needed to deliver - to be fair he did try 2 call 2 x ( i was in ameeting ) - I was able to do a reshuffle and he was accomdating in make a time work for us both
I guess the timing of the year meant the advise call was not made :)
So overall a great job - thank you
