The poor driver spent 1.5 hours trying to back hi HUGE truck dome a narrow curved road way. It things could be transfered to a somewhat smaller truck it would be good. The driver was seeriously stressed out.

Second time we've used Conroys to shift furniture from ChCh to Waiheke Island. Damage done during first shift and unfortunately our lawn mower was damaged during this shift.

Thank you for making my move back home to New Zealand a relatively stress-free process. Apart from a couple of minor issues, Conroy Removals' customer service reps to the removal front line staff are very professional and easy to deal with.

Craig and Jason were on time and very efficient with the pick up and delivery of our heavy items.  Both were friendly and worked very hard. We had booked and paid for 4 hours and only needed 2.  Is there any option for a refund for the 2 hours we didn't need?  Any savings we can make right now would be hugely appreciated.

I would have appreciated an estimated updated of delivery timeframes. Initial anticipated delivery was the 14th, and then actual delivery occured on the 19th. But no there was no communication in regards to an updated delivery day. The first call I recieved was the day before delivery, requesting if they could deliver.

WelwI can not praise the two guys who delivered our stuff enough. They were prompt (even 30 mins early), really lovely and worked really quick. 

We had a few damaged items, and we are just chasing up one item that seems to have been taken by MAF but overall we are really happy
