"especially repectfully"
The young men Quentin and Raukawa were very friendly, helpful and especially repectfully towards my elderly parents and their possessions of being in the house for over 53 years.

disappointed
I was disappointed that grease from the truck was walked through a bedroom when the furniture was picked up and then again when it was delivered. Also a side cabinet was damaged by a Stanley knife when unwrapping
"Movers were careful"
We didn't get the size and type of truck we had discussed at the onsite visit. Although we were contacted about this beforehand it made the relocation difficult. Movers were careful.
"responsive to requests"
good friendly team responsive to requests on positioning furnature at new home etc. can't about anything. NO improvements needed thank you for a good move.

"staff were excellent"
On this move between rentals we found the staff were excellent, and much better than some we had when we moved from our house to our first rental. Unfotuntaley 2 Conroy staff had an accident ripping a hole in brand new vinyl flooring when manoevering a freezer into position in our new rental, and this was in addition to some damage to another area when putting a washing machine into place. Someone is going to have to fix this damage and this should be Conroy as we cannot do nothing about it under our tenancy agreement. We note on our first move damage to a neighbour's wall 8 months ago has not been responded to or attended to and this is an issue.
"great care for our belonging"
Great and friendly team that showed dedication and great care for our belongings. Packaging, uplift and delivery (rebuild) was very efficient and effectively managed. Small improvements to keep track on actual packaging list and handling of quarantining requirements, as per below. Small damages incurred for garden pots but nothing "major". Overall very good experience and happy to do again!
Improvements:
1) Guidance on quarantine requirements could have been helpful to understand (avoid ) cleaning of tent and also general assessment of items to be packed clearly for potential assessment ( I know, not influence of either you or us as completely in hands of customs but given experience)
2) Packaging of shelf holders were not made clear ( advised where stored) - took some time to find them - which delayed the unpacking process - it was in a priority box -so at the end understood the idea behind but with 160 boxes you lose the oversight nevertheless hence
3) Packing of bicycles ( dismantle of child seat, pedals etc.) was a bit of a pain to get back on - understood reason why (space reduction etc.) however the way how bikes were crammed together with wheels etc. was stretching the breaks and the bicycle tours)
4) difficult in any small kids household - but potentially better way to deal with small things lying around ( marbles, pens, small parts etc.) instead of wrapping them up in different boxes - create one and declare this as the "one" with the small things in it-or advise us to pack these small things in a box beforehand .

"communication on the phone and emails were prompt"
The service has been very effecient. The communication on the phone and emails were prompt and very clear. The staff who collected the shipment cartons were very friendly and helpful. The staff in UK were helpful too. It has been a pleasant and hassle free expereince, so thanks ever so much.
Paid for export wrap on some items, which were blanket wrapped. Feel a refund on this aspect should be granted, also overall charge was expensive as the two men started at 8 am and finished at 1 pm, therefore feel a refund on the overall charge seems a fair compromise.
