happy with move overall but packing wasn't very good, you protected things that didn't need it and left expensive tables and stainless steel fridges with no wrapping, also couldn't find bolts to put bed back together, should have been attached to bed frame.

We have used your Company 5 times now.  This is the first time we have been disappointed. On pick up in New Zealand we had one man to pack, he got late help, the pack was rushed and no completed properly, we phoned to express our concerns and were assured by the Depot Manager in Napier that he would personally oversee the completion and labelling of our property for shipment to Brisbane and Cairns. On delivery Cairns we had 2 great guys who were most helpful and could not do enough for us. We unfortunately found very poor packing - notably  our TV set which was not wrapped just put in a large box with other goods THE SCREEN WAS BROKEN, it is damaged beyond repair.  The second larger TV set was only wrapped in padded paper packing, NOT BOXED IN A TV CARTON! It has some marks, but luckily does still operate. We are very disappointed really, even the boxes I packed faired better.  It seems the concerns I had on pickup were warranted and I think your staff need addressing - particularly about the lack of men and the obvious 'rushing' to get things done, resulting in the damage we received to our goods. We paid a large amount for this move, and expected better service for that. Office staff communication was fine, and staff we encountered in Australia were excellent.

In general, I was happy with the price, service and staff I had contact with (Call Centre, Despatch and Drivers), and on this basis believe the Company deserves a medium to high rating.  I felt all the staff I interacted with were pleasant, helpful, amenable, easy to communicate with and professional.  One minor negative feedback was the short notice period concerning both pick up and delivery times.  Whilst it would have been helpful to know these times a little earlier, without more knowledge of the transport industry, I am not sure how feasible that is. Overall, the move went fairly easily, stress-free and no damage was sustained.  I was happy that care was taken with my items.  I did note the Schedule of Items had to be very specific and I was not provided with same day service, although was happy to accept this given the quote to move my possessions (a small-medium sized houselot from Tauranga to Levin) was considerably cheaper than quotes received from other Removal companies. 

The 4 guys who loaded the truck in Auckland were awesome - friendly and efficient and relatively quick; bit of a communication problem however, as 2 of them arrived in a van at 9:30 to wrap beds etc but the truck was delayed and didn't arrive until 1:15. Not quite such good service at the Gisborne end - only 2 guys to unload the truck, so we helped as much as possible. Once again they were friendly and polite but not as good as the Auckland crew. Slight damage to a chest of draws unit - but everything else was perfect. Overall we were happy with the service. 

The delivery of my household effects was carried out quickly and efficiently by the crew on the day making the whole moving process less stressful.  Many thanks.
