"didn't have time to unpack"
Disappointed as we paid for a delivery and unpack service. Our goods were delivered and not unpacked. I was told they didn't have time to unpack. It's now been 6 days and still waiting for the plastic and boxes and paper to be collected.

"Friendly and professional"
Friendly and professional. Competitively priced (you and Pickfords were low of 4 inspections and quotes).
Not too much hype and hard sell around insurance. I partially insured at 18k. (How can I price family treasures, they are priceless). No drama around self-pack. No scary customs/MAF man stuff. (We are kiwis coming home and have nothing to hide or fear).

"Overall a good experience"
Overall a good experience however could improve your customer service. We received emails updating us on where our goods were which was great but once they arrived in CHCH we had no contact. I rang and asked for an approximate delivery date - was told they would find out and let me know - never heard back. I emailed and asked the same question - never heard back. I rang and left a message for Simon - again no response. Then I get a phone call at 9am saying "We will be there at 3pm today" luckily we were home.
"Everything was labelled and packed to our satisfaction"
the team were professioanl in their approach to moving our belongings and respectful of our property. Ony one piece was damaged, possibly an accident when lifting a dispay bowl with stones. They also did the move very efficiently with packing, loading and unloading to our new site. Everything was labelled and packed to our satisfaction.

"Excellent service"
Excellent service. Taylor, the packer did the whole household packing by himself. He worked hard all day with only a coule of 10 minute stops. I do think that a house of my size should have at least 2 people on duty. The movers, Tony and Neil were excellent. There were 3 minor breakages and one major breakage -- the glass on a valuable painting. I trust the repair will be covered by insurance.

Staff for packing and uplifting house cotents/furniture including delivery could be increased from 2 to 3 for smoother and quicker processing.
Driver and co-worker need more education on backing onto sites, he hit the bull bar on my son's Kenworth, and also hit our front deck went backing into position
