Better communication would have made things a little easier..I had to contact the branch the day before we moved to find out what time the truck was arriving .The driver had spent the night beforethe move at a local motel and had he known we were ready to move as early as possible he would have turned up earlier ...this would have been a bonus as the other two packers arrived an hr late due to fog and traffic. Saying that, they had our house packed and gone by 11am - which was awesome! Only two minor breakages (coffee table legs). Administrator/receptionist was great to talk with. It would have been good had the rep spent a bit more time with us on the day he quoted the move (was with us for about 15mins) and days before move to make sure all was ok. But saying all that, we were happy with move :)

Hello, thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. Although I have indicated YES to using your services and recommending your services to others...I am somewhat hesitant.  I have used Conroys prior to this shipment and found our goods arrived in good condition, however this time, we have experienced not some good results, resulting from poor packing (1) large family photo only had bubble wrap over it, then put in a box, which allowed the photo to move , broken glass has now scratched the 20 year family portrait) I am so disappointed....(2) 100 year old wooden table, packed well, appears to have been dragged along the ground, resulting in the dowals being pulled away from one end of the table legs and frame (3) fairly new kingsize base bed, underneath cover now ripped..(photos have been supplied to Conroys, now awaiting claim form.  We were advised by the delivery team, team hire used for loading the truck, therefore it may appear the poor handling has occured in Auckland, although the poor wrapping of the large family portrait was in Brisbane. - However overall dealing with customer service has been very good, although a sad outcome outlined below.

The regular guys were fantastic in both legs of our move, the labor hire was a little too chatty and didn't work as hard as as the others but pretty minor. Couple of things damaged but they disclosed that and upfront. Overall it was excellent service as always. Also thanks to Doug for organizing and sue for facilitating it all.
