"dealt with quickly"
Overall the experience was good, the after sales service and assistance we found Penny to be excellent and also any points we brought up where dealt with quickly, no major issues. The biggest problem we found was when the original move took place and more Conroys staff attended that what we expected and some of our gear that we were taking with us ended up getting packed and moved into storage.
Careful and efficient
The men who moved our house puit in a tremendous effort moving heavy furniture, carefully and efficiently.

Very good, other than how long it took to load up - 9am to 3pm seemed excessive.

Matthew and his assistant upon collection and delivery were fantastic. Communication from the office was not good however.

Comes down to individuals who made it a good service. The guy I liaised with in Auckland when the pick up guys were 4 hours late and no communication. Also delivery of my household arrived a day late, but again Mark in chch was good to liaise with, and Brian who delivered my household. He was great. Friendly helpful careful with household items and placed them in rooms as directed. Overall a good honest service with some really good employees who deserved mention for their hard work and customer service. First hold-up was due to a tyre blowout. Second hold-up was due to another order being packed in front of my household in the truck.

I have used Conroy Removals twice now, and have found them to be extremely efficient, courteous and the removal men have been great value! Lots of laughs. I will certainly use them again for my next move in a month or so. I can highly recommend them. Compared to other companies they were the cheapest by far!

We had some issues getting responses, but overall was excellent service. Rachel is extremely good and helpful.
