Good communication through the entire process and a rather hassle free move.

I packed my stuff myself and a few things came out broken, but thats on me more than anything. TV's were well packed by Conroys. The bed had one thin layer of plastic put over it by Conroys and managed to get a few marks on one of the ends, I would of liked this packed a bit better.

The shipping of furniture was one of the easier things to organise in the move, so a few things broken is not the end of the world.

Everything went well from quote, through pick up to delivery. The only issue was I was originally told that delivery would be at 2pm then I was contacted and told it would be 3.30pm. I rang at 4pm to be told that it would be here soon. Delivery was not untill about 4.45pm. Extra crew were put on so unloading was quick and smooth. I appreciate that the delay may well have been due to factors beyond your control.

Extremely helpful staff. Was pouring with rain all day and they got the job done on time. They covered our furniture so it didnt get wet. They looked for and found a piece of wood that had come off a drawer.I wiuld happily use them again. Derek who does the quotes is also too notch. Hes on time and gets the quote out asap

Stuff arrived in great condition and in a timely manner but furniture was not put together, no unpacking or rubbish taken away.

I was very impressed with my recent move, all staff introduced themselves, and took care of our belongings. Johnny was particularly helpful. I would also like to compliment Keith on his prompt arrival on picking up unpacked boxes at the new house.
