"worked really hard"
"communication and reliablity is excellent"
Customer service , communication, admin etc was outstanding , crews very pleasant and truck driver excellent ,however the fact that few packed boxes had info on them as to what was in them is a huge problem as we are renting and not unpacking the boxes which we now will have to do .there is lots of writing on the used boxes but nothing crossed out. This is an area which could be improved easily and I hope for future clients it is implemented .We would use Conroys every time in the future as communication and reliablity is excellent.Thankyou Conroys

Communication was average. Driver arrived on 5 mins notice. Happily we were home. Website transition from quote to confirmation is a bit clunky. Maybe some fields would populate automatically, like the quote number and price

"Nothing was too much trouble"
We had a great shift to our new house. As the weather was sunny but the ground was wet the truck couldn't get as close to ranch slider doors as we all would have liked. But all worked well with moving the items and boxes. The men put the items where we wanted them put. Nothing was too much trouble.. Yes we will have them for our next move.

"Keeping me up-to-date with the journey of my goods was excellent"
Keeping me up-to-date with the journey of my goods was excellent. Perhaps a possible suggestion for you, for those of us travelling at the same time as our item might be, to keep in touch with our person in New Zealand whose details we have also provided. In this way they will have the same information as us at the same time. It can be a little difficult sometimes when you're at sea to keep up with the mail. Thanks - great job felt my goods were in trusted hands.

Always Use Conroys
We have always used Conroy's for shifting furniture etc. between family members from Christchurch to Gisborne + sending Sewing Cabinets etc to Wairoa etc.
We have always had excellent service even picking furniture up from a steep path in Eastbourne to deliver to East Coast was no problem.
I wished I had packed smaller clothing items from each drawer into a bag or a pillow case & put back in Dressing table drawers, as the goods travel better.
The three guys we had worked really hard with stairs at both ends. Thank you very much.
