Damaged Sofa
"the truck arrived on time"
Excellent communicationl; the truck arrived on time to collect furniture and effects and was safely delivered to its destination with nothing missing or broken or damaged.

"stress free experiance"
Conroy's provided a stress free experiance to my relocation, overcoming the localised problems with importing my belongings from abroard. I will be using them again for my second shipment later in tghe summer. The most important part of any relocation is the communication letting you know just what is happening and when, this was managed very well by Conroys with fast replys to any calls or e-mails adding to the whole experiance
"The guys were friendly and helpful"
All in all the move was good, we did experience delays at the pick up that resulted in going late into the afternoon / evening which was'nt good but I must say that Carolyn did communicate well. Adam and his team worked well but when Rick arrived in the late afternoon things seem to go into rip, shit and bust mode that did'nt help. The delivery went well, arrived as promosed but our display cabinet was not wrapped as requested and sustianed some damage which was a little disappointing. The guys were friendly and helpful and I thank Carolyn, Adam, Bronson and the man from Bristol for their service
"Friendly and careful with furniture"
Guys who packed us were really good. Friendly and careful with furniture. However little information was given on how or when the trucks would be transported. And it was a day late in delivery. Only an email was written to inform me. I was expecting at least a phone call. I had to call the next day to find out when the truck might arrive. But guy very helpful on phone and rang back when had more information. Else the guys who brought furniture back in were good and careful. Overall good experience. Just a bit more information on transport would be good. Thank you

"flexibilty of options"

You man who unloaded the truck on the Tauranga end took some photos of damage to our leather 3 lounge seater and the packing of or should I say the lack of our stereo unit - just put in box on their edges (not flat) with not cushioning and/or packing inbetween - very disappointing. The main stereo unit (amp) is now are the repairers getting fixed.
