The delivery team here at Auckland were also very efficient and a great bunch of guys.
Unfortunately we have had a couple of items with damage, the worst being dents to the bottom door of the fridge and a dent to to a bedroom dressing table.

Overall very pleased with our move. Courteous, efficient service from start to finish. No real issues. 4 starts because a couple more contacts by email or text to confirm where we were up to with the process would have been reassuring. A better idea of the general timeframes ahead of the event, especially at the arrival port end, could have helped us plan better.
Very efficient
Good to deal with at both ends. Uplifting was super swift and unloading at the other end was amazing. If was late in the day at unloading and the local branch sent extra people to unload so the job could be finished before dark. All the personnel were pleasant and diplomatic and courteous. They came back and collected cartons when they said they would. Very efficient.
Some of the cartons supplied still had old notes "kitchen" etc on them and the new label might say "lounge" and it was delivered to our "kitchen" in our new house
I recommend you rub out all labels on the cartons before a new customer gets them - this will save a lot of confusion

Overall very happy and would use you again - everything seems to be here and in one piece and your people are good to work with, which is super important because there were a couple of small problems that were resolved smoothly. Couple of points for improvement: avoid the double documentation (the two CRIs), make sure that the delivery details are complete, because the guys delivering did not know about my long driveway with a couple of tight turns in it. There were a few items that did not belong to me. I hope Jodie gets her golf clubs back!

Initial communication / booking good, communication lagged a bit after that, estimated time was much later than advised (10-14 weeks estimated ended up being 18 weeks), communication could have been better on uplift (required storage staff to do a fair bit), very good service UK end with drop off. Was glad to have a service that accepted us having owner packed boxes.
A very rude person called me wasnt flexible about time to deliver and didnt want to listen to where to access the place I had to cancel important health app as only gave me such short notice rang afternoon before delivery
Delivery people very good and all the contact in Brisbane excellent just the contact in Auckland
I would have given 5 stars, however, stacking can be improved upon. I believe, heavy boxes were stacked on our low tv consale table and it's cracked and slit down the middle. Some boxes marked fragile were stacked at the bottom.
HI there, My experience was half very good and half not so good sadly. I wasn't sure what rating number to give because I didn't want the very good side to get disspointed. Firstly, your staff were all very very nice guys. Very friendly and chatty and I felt very comfortable with them. However.....
The guys that packed in Auckland were quite rough. They seemed to be such a hurry to pack the truck that they were shoving everything on top of everything to get it down to the truck. This may have also been because they couldn't back right up to the garage but this should not have been an excuse. My coffee table has gouges out of it and my son's computer desk has a scratch on it. A photo frame was broken but I probably should have wrapped that. I was told that the TVs would be wrapped in bubble wrap but they said they were going to just put blankets on it. Lucky I had a heap of bubble wrap so did that myself for the expensive one before they put the blankets around it. They were very careful with it though I must point out. I haven't unpacked everything yet so still going through boxes.
There were a different crew in New Plymouth and they were the opposite. So gentle (apart from a wee hole in the garage wall from the treadmill). Always talking to each other about how best to put things in without scratching the walls or door frames. So lovely.
I'm not sure what happens with the coffee table and desk. The coffee table was not perfect to start with but it was quite Character looking. Now there are about 3 gouges.
