Extremely helpful and supportive in giving us the easiest and cheapest options to transport our belongings. Gave us information and options before our belongs made it to customs to ensure we were not fined or in the position to loose and goods.

Generally pretty happy with the service provided. The one concern with communication is that I was told that I'd be informed once the Quarantine period was over and then when delivery would occur after that, however I was never informed of when our shipment was cleared by Quarantine and our shipment just turned up one day. It would have been nice to have been kept better informed about where the shipment was in the Quarantine process, to be better prepared for the delivery.

"Great service"
Great service with regards to quality of unloading of container and help unpacking and removing unwanted boxes. The only complaint I have is with regards to the customs department withholding part of our shipment. Somewhere along the line communication was lost between Conroy and customs. This led to our package remaining in customs possession for over 2 months with neither party knowing what to do with it. The matter was cleared up eventually but just took way too long with either side blaming each other.

A good service, Removal in Perth WA was very good, some of the communication here in NZ could have neen better.

Overall house move went well , but the guys did cause a chip to new outside plastering when trying to get the sofa in to the house .

"pretty good experience"
Had a pretty good experience. Although wasnt informed on Sydney end that dog clippers and christmas decorations would need to be at the top of the box, so they didnt pack them as such and took a loooong time for the Wellington team to find these items delaying out inspection for over a week unfortunately. I offered to come down and search myself which kicked someone into gear enough to find the items.
My two burly men worked very hard. Were very pleasant to deal with and nothing was a problem. There were a couple of items that got soiled, broken or scrapped which was a little disappointing but I accept that these things happen during a house move.
