The "boys" did very well considering they were battling getting through due to the accident on SH1 and then racing the dark to be able to get out of our long driveway. Very friendly guys - thanks for all your efforts.

The 2 guys were fantastic on removal day - nothing a bother - very pleasant to have around my home and so helpful at the other end - the quote was done very professional and friendly - a very good representative from the company - this is what sealed the quote - pretty near perfect execution - well done

Your staff all worked like trojans to move our things and despite the weather, roadworks, and a power failure all went well! My only suggestion for the future would be for all trucks to have a small toolbox readily available to dismantle and assemble bedroom furniture. Thanks heaps for moving us. Your staff are tops!

Move was good but communication lacked
I made calls to your 0800 number which went to Auckland office, and to someone in the local Tauranga office, answered by a local staff member who referred to another dept/ then a call came in from Gary, then an invoice from Sue who took my original order. It seemed as if the messages and queries weren't passed on from one to another, so maybe communication could be improved. I wasn't sure which number I was best to call, as various emails/ phone calls prior had different numbers. Maybe give customers just one place to call or contact.Overall the move went smoothly.
