Hi everything went fine with the move except for my fridge it got big noticeable dents on the top and in the door. Also I was not informed of the time of delivery until I called the office to find out.

I would have given Conroy a 5 star rating if my delivery had arrived at the time booked. I was very disappointed as the rest of the service was fantastic. Sophie, Monica and Peter (Wellington)  were great and the furniture was not damaged in any way. There was also nothing missing. Thank you for an overall happy customer. Elena

Stickers on items can sometimes cause damage removing from some items.

The packer who arrived to pack what I had not done, also took some things off the wall as I live on my own.The driver of the vehicle hooked up my washing machine for me, which I appreciated greatly, as I live on my own.

A Couple Boxes Missing

A couple of boxes seem to be missing. Will need to check at Havelock North end when I go back in about a week to check those items are not down there.

Everything ran smoothly, the lads were punctual, polite and helpfull, could not ask for nicer experience.right from the start the quote was prompt and on target, information flowed well, our needs were taken care of with no fussThe whole experience was pleasant and ran smooth many thanks on a job well done.
