House move from Napier to Auckland. There were a few minor upsets with administration and on the delivery day but we were happily relocated as planned. A few instances of slight but avoidable damage to our goods was efficiently and satisfactorily dealt with via insurance. A good company to work with and we would definitely use them again.

Sometimes the responses were a bit slow. Then I would be dealing with operations for drop off and pick up of goods and then someone else for the account payment. Would be nice to deal with one person.
Helpful and Friendly
all items arrived safe and sound. My one negative comment is that the packing was not great, things were chucked into boxes and not always packed with filler to the top so some had collapsed. I was also concerned that the clothes were just squashed into boxes. I had many business shirts, these were "scrunched" up, still on the hangers. It looked a bit hurried to me. But the guys were very helpful and friendly

Very Good Service
Overall, a very good service. Areas for consideration would be not taking staff off my packing to go to another job. I appreciate that issues arise, but this should not be apparent to your customer. Secondly, I expect your staff have all had Manual Handling training, but it might help if they had access to lifting equipment/hoists and belts. Your packing crew were excellent and I never heard them complain once, especially having to manually lift all my boxes and furniture into a container which was left on the trailer!

I was kept well up to date where my removal goods were and what the status was regarding customs and MPI clearance.
The only thing that was that the information about the actual delivery came quite late.

Easy to Deal With
Easy to deal with through quoting, great price and service. Loved the check before pickup to make sure we will fit within a quoted size.
It was our first time using Conroy Removals for our relocation. We got them to professionally pack our goods and relocate us. They did a fantastic job and it took all the hassle out for us especially moving kids can get really stressful. Would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thank you Conroys!
