Was simple straight forward. All movers were friendly and helpful.

Damaged Goods
The timing and organisation of our moves, one ex Tauranga to Wellington, and one ex Wellington to Otaki were executed extremely well.Sadly there is damage to one of our lounge chairs, and deep scratches on our dining table edge. The chair was internationally packed, and wood worn right through to bare.

The guys were good in their unloading but I think there should be a ramp to make unloading the heavy stuff easier & safer.

"I would defintely use you again"
Aside to a few initial niggles around delays in confirming what was included in the quote (this may have been to do with a new staff member on board), I found Conroy's excellent in all aspects of my International Move. I would highly rate them to other folk whom want peace of mind that their household effects will be packed securely and that the arrival of items was to time and without damage. Also, their pricing was highly competitive. Note my move only invovled 10 boxes and 6 art pieces, but that said, everything was spot on. Thank you to the Conroys Team Hawkes Bay. I would defintely use you again.

Friendly and helpful
Overall an excellent service. However there were some delays in communication with the Australian office. Requests and questions I emailed were sometimes not answered until I telephoned and even then then were delays from the various people concerned. Requests for call backs sometimes went unanswered.The New Zealand office kept me informed of the progress of my shipment, for which I was grateful.
