Hi there.
overall we were 95% happy with the service. All the people at conroys were nice, informative and trustworthy. Shipping time was great (better than expected).
the 5% we feel could have easily been improved was in the packing and labeling. We have opened a number of boxes now (probably 5-6 so far) that did not match the description of what was written on the box. Consequently two things that we needed for our first night we just could not find anywhere (Bed linen and cutlery were both in boxes saying kids toys which we pushed to the side). A few things could have been packed better too. Which consequently for our stuff meant some things were not packed with the small amount of care required to reach us in the same condition. Ie instead of an hour to pack a living room it may take another 10mins.
Otherwise we we were very happy with the service from all involved and would definitely recommend and use again ourselves.

Great service in NZ, but my goods arrived in the UK on the 1/9 and still waiting for delivery. I have emailed the UK agent for approx delivery date but have heard nothing back as yet. Otherwise it has been an easy process. Thanks Conroys

Everything was very well packed and nothing was broken. Communication could have been better as I had to chase up on timings etc.
The guys that unloaded our furniture at the Nelson end were fabulous - they were so thoughtful of our brand new house and extremely helpful. The Wellington guys were OK but took lots of breaks and were smoking around the property.
I have to say Conroys have been the best movers that we have used so far.

Communication seems a little automated and can be out of sequence.
Dont assume that the customer is the same person as the receiver of the goods. Iin my case i organised and paid for the shipment of my daughter's goods and was the customer. She was just the recipient. yet all correspondence was addressed to my daughter. I'm sure a change in the CRM rules could change this!

The pickup service and communication throughout was excellent. The only things I could fault were that only one person was sent to deliver my belongings to my elderly parent's house and my mum had to help carry a couple of heavy things and ended up stacking the boxes herself in the garage. It also said on the delivery form that none of the wrapping was to be taken away so they were left with a lot of bubble-wrap packing to dispose of.

The Conroys guys made my move easy; they were helpful and calm, and took good care of my things. I would recommend them to anyone.

UK partner was a let down
The service i recieved in NZ was straight forward, my experience over here in the UK with your partners 'anglo pacific' have been absolutly appaling, I was informed my furniture would arrive early July, is now the start of september and i have no idea where my effects are, it has proved impossible to communicate effectivly with anyone, ive the impression no one knows whats going on.
I would recomend Conroys to friends and relatives but only for internal moves/ NZ.For anyone considering relocating to UK beware...!
All in all very good and my shipment arrived today in good order thanks. The only blip was the introduction of a Customs fee in Australia which I was not expecting. You sorted that for me, but is always good to be sure about all costs up front if thats the deal ,as I was under the impression that I had a fixed price quote from you that I accepted.
