"Would definitely use again"
Notification that pick was complete and an estimate delivery time would have been helpful. Team were excellent delivered within 20mins of estimated delivery time. Would definitely use again.

"So far so good"
So far so good - our furniture has gone into storage until house is ready to move into early 2019. Our experience so far from receiving our first visit from Katerina has been very good. The boys who came to collect our goods were very pleasant and efficient, handling everything with care. Now will just waiting until our goods can be delivered at the other end and hope that that part of the process goes just as well. This is our third move with Conroy and we have always received very good service. Our Conroy experience to date prompted us to recommend a move by you to our daughter and this move from Auckland to New Plymouth recently also went very well.
"We're not complaining"
We had attrocious weather. We were well prepared but we had a lot to move.
It wasn't the most carefulmove either outward or inward.
We had a reasonable amount of damage. Scratches and nscrapes, 5 crystal breakages, a bed was dropped and wasn damaged, a few other bits. Nothing to be properly concerned about.
But its ok. We're not complaining. Just trying to provide useful honest feedback.

"My overall experience was positive, however"
My overall experience was positive, however, the delivery team broke two of our chests of drawers through basic manual handling errors. I did not witness the first breakage but did see the second which happened to be identical to the first. The chests, with the drawers in situ containing items of clothing and were therfore heavy, were being carried on one side by a narrow strip of wood clearly not strong enough to hold the weight. On the second chest I suggested that they take the drawers out but was told that it be fine, the panel then snapped whilst being carried. I am claiming through my insurance for this but feel as though this should be covered by Conroy as this was a clear error on the part of the delivery team. I hope that you are able to agree with me on this and I look forward to hearing from you.
