Initial contact and customer service was great. The packing and uplift was ok, although slow, however the process ran significantly over the estimated time and as a result we had to arrange for a second day to transfer done furniture. Whether this was due to an error in estimation or just inefficient Working We are unqualified to judge .

Having my piano moved to another family home went well. The guys were pleasant and efficient.
"Communication could improve"
Communication could improve was told 1pm for pick up then 3pm finally arrived 4.30pm to pick up furniture.
Delivery I also had to ring mid morning to find out delivery time as hadn't heard anything.

Great Service, friendly staff in most cases. Little bit disappointed in the time it took for our consigment to be delivered. The 2 guys who did the delivery was very friendly and helpful and they unpacked the container at a great speed. They offered to unwrap some of the big stuff, which they have but I would have liked if they stayed a bit longer to help a bit futher with unwrapping but they were in such a hurry to get the job over and done with, I didn't want to keep them up. The other issue was the stains the trolley (hand truck) left on the carpets, maybe it should be cleaned after or before a delivery. Other than that, very happy and thankful!

The online booking system is easy to use and Penny is helpful with any ongoing email communication. Mike and Adam were on time, good natured, and careful with the goods. Thanks!

Prompt pickup and delivery thank you but some fragile items chipped or broken on route, though they may have not been packed with enough padding. The boxes were marked fragile.
One bicycle front wheel retention clip lost when wheel was removed for packing at wharehouse.
No items lost and given the long distance they had to travel we would definitely use this company again, just pack the fragile items better and perhaps dismantle the fargile bikes into a bike box.
Moving crew on the day were timely, careful, and had excellent customer service skills. I booked a few weeks before the move. Only suggestion is an email a few days before telling me what time your company will arrive on moving day.
