Only issue is a canvas picture needed a more solid board across the front.

Conroy removals helped shipping our goods from Auckland to New York, United States. We are very satisfied with their service and timeline, and the goods are almost in satisfied condition. We highly recommend Conroy removals.

Overall good service and friendly staff, however we found that most of the boxes we put "Fragile" on were damaged on arrival and we had one item that was a gift from South Africa, is now broken. Also, when we arrived everything was delivered except for our couches, this was handled very professionally by your staff and they immediately went back to the warehouse to fetch the couches (big thanks boys)

The work was too big for only 2 people. The poor movers worked until 7pm, which is not normal

Packers, storage and delivery personnel were pleasant & efficient. Only comment that I would like to make is whether you are able to improve the short notice re time that the movers were coming & delivering goods.  Prompt emailing of receipt/acknowledgement when the full payment for the packing & transit of goods was made would also be appreciated

I was very happy with the service and my goods arrived on time and in good condition.

The team were very professional and carried out a good job considering the atrocious weather conditions. 

One thing which didn’t go amiss was our letter box had been knocked over and they didn’t bring it to our attention.

Also they have left a load of blankets, a trolley and a hoodie which they can arrange a time to collect by texting or calling me.

We have been very impressed by all the Conroy team, from whoa to go. We cannot speak highly enough of Steve and Adam who were a fantastic team. Right from the start, they told us “have a rest” and they’ll do all the loading up. They were friendly, professional and hard working throughout. We were amazed at their strength and stamina and their experience showed in their workmanship. We would definitely recommend Conroys, just as Conroys was recommended to us.
