part of our shipment was meant to be delivered last week and wasn’t complete. Now I’m in limbo and waiting to get some of my possessions

Both moving teams were polite and courteous, very helpful as I was doing the move in my own. Nelson team who unloaded were excellent, friendly, quick, efficient. They had a 20ft container unloaded and furniture rebuilt in 2 hours! All furniture was safely packed and handled, I was amazed how quickly a 4 bed house could be packed up.
My only suggestion for Conroy’s is more proactive communication on when moving teams will arrive. For the delivery I had to ring at 3pm the day before to understand what was happening the next day.
I would recommend Conroy’s to anyone moving, particularly inter island, they made the process easy.
The upliftment and delivery teams were outstanding. I had a problem with my storage, and nearly didn't receive my furniture on the day I had expected but this issue was resolved once escalated to the right people.
We used Conroy from Australia to NZ and then back again all within a year. NZ branch wad not as good as keeping us up to date with our progress but the removalists were great. Would use again.
The only difficulty I have had is Conroy removals in Australia has none of my forms that I uploaded. From what I understood, my stuff couldn’t be picked up without those forms being received. It also is concerning considering I paid for insurance and apparently there was no record of my itinerary. It wasn’t a problem in the end but somewhat concerning that pick up occurred without the documents on file.
The only negative I had was that the team were scheduled to arrive at 8am to begin packing and were 20mins late without any communication that they were running late.
Professional and quick service. Received updates along the way. Friendly and helpful.
All of my things were handled with great care which is the most important thing so overall I'm very happy with that aspect of the service. However there were a couple of things which annoyed me that I felt could have easily been avoided. I had to inform the Conroy staff (office and removals) FOUR times that I was not to be contacted during the week of delivery and to use my alternate contact. I sent emails, I spoke to them on the phone and clearly there was a total lack of communication between departments and a lack of consideration for what I wanted as a customer because they kept disturbing me at work. I would use Conroy again but the communication needs improvement for sure.
