one issue I have, been meaning to email you actually... I was surprised when the driver rang and asked if someone would be there to help unload. I helped him unload and carry a 5.5 cubic m kitchen complete with extremely heavy granite top. I paid what I considered to be a substantial sum, so really shouldnt have had to lift a finger, after all thats why I contracted you guys.... cost me $60 to take time off work also. The driver was professional; happy with him

Conroy removals helped shipping our goods from Auckland to New York, United States. We are very satisfied with their service and timeline, and the goods are almost in satisfied condition. We highly recommend Conroy removals.

Overall good service and friendly staff, however we found that most of the boxes we put "Fragile" on were damaged on arrival and we had one item that was a gift from South Africa, is now broken. Also, when we arrived everything was delivered except for our couches, this was handled very professionally by your staff and they immediately went back to the warehouse to fetch the couches (big thanks boys)

The work was too big for only 2 people. The poor movers worked until 7pm, which is not normal

Packers, storage and delivery personnel were pleasant & efficient. Only comment that I would like to make is whether you are able to improve the short notice re time that the movers were coming & delivering goods. Prompt emailing of receipt/acknowledgement when the full payment for the packing & transit of goods was made would also be appreciated
