Conroy was very good, especially the delivery crew. The only part that wasn't great was the delay because of fumigation but that was mostly out of Conroy's hands

I was happy with the customer service from Melbourne to NZ. I was informed the whole way, through customs and into NZ. Easily had it stored and then delivered when needed.
I am disappointed with the amount of our possessions that were damanged - a lot of important furniture that we needed upon arrival to NZ. They were mostly wrapped well (although some could have been wrapped more carefully) but many boxes were not in good condition upon arrival. Our possessions should have been handled more carefully
Great service little bit of damage on a couple of items and 85 inch tv delivered upside down and box was wet
Disappointed that the container was dropped off at the final destination but the appliances (wrapped in white) as per conversation with packers, these items were to put in house and unwrapped by dcompany, unfortunately whole container was just dropped off and everyone left
We were very happy with the packing and unpacking of our possessions but unfortunately we had a few breakages.i lost some jewellery as mydressing tablehadbeen put on its end so my jewellery was spilled out and was in other draws or had fallen out into the wrapping and the lads who unpacked it probably didn't notice anything. I would say it was quarantine that set it on its side but a bit upset at losing some of my stuff with loss and breakage. Very pleased otherwise with the deliveries.
I moved overseas before the job was completed and received a message from the shipping line that it was a delay from the opriginal booking to the reception of the goods. I don't know what caused the delay.
The guys doing the move were excellent.
The only negative was the on-line booking system.
