Just for future reference we would recommend lounge suites to be wrapped (we were told they would be) otherwise all good.
The guys who moved everything in were late by an hour and under pressure to get to another job. There were a few large scratches and marks on doors, rails, walls and items. One small side table had a broken lip, one picture had smashed glass, one stool had extensive scuff marks, 2 holes were put into the new lino at the pick up address. Otherwise the packing had been really well done.
The delivery driver was pleasant and helpful and one of the guys moving stuff in informed me about the pick up of boxes and paper anytime in the next year, which was great.
They just seemed under pressure due to a scheduling mix up.
The sales and office people were professional, helpful and efficient. The quoting and pre planning system is good.

Everything appears to have arrived and staff worked in well with checking off all items. We have yet to unpack our paintings/pictures. The one small blimp was that our bathroom box had obviously been upturned somewhere as contents were all over the place. Conroys have offered to pick up our flattened boxes and packing papers etc, that's a great service, THANK YOU

Sometimes the office was a little difficult to make contact with, but on moving day Moe, Charlie and Sam were awesome! Friendly, fast and professional
Very helpful and obliging staff. They have promised to remove the cardboard and paper in the next 2/3 days and providing they do that they have delivered on good customer service.
Just missed a couple of items but delivered later.
The move seems to have worked well. I haven't noticed any damage so far.
Having said that I get the impression that the job could have done with an extra member of the team to reduce the potential for damage. Often quite heavy and awkward items were moved by one person where it would have been safer with two.
Also they apparently had another job to do after mine, so were pushing to get mine finished in time. Not their fault, but things would have proceeded more quickly and with less risk if they had an extra bod.
Testament to good packing I guess.
The people who delivered my items were very nice. They came on time and took away the rubbish. However one of their Stanley knives broke so I lent a pair of scissors and a screwdriver . In future I suggest that they have a tool box with all these items at hand (this not a negative comment). At the beginning They started to undo the packing material in the house which creates added mess. Eventually they undid the packing in the drive and then took the furniture inside. Some items when opened were already damaged or broken. These were duly noted on the sheet. I have not heard back from Conroy yet about this.
