Very good service
Very good service. My one gripe was being told the team would arrive for collection at 10.30 and it was 4 hours later. Drop off was excellent. Friendly efficient team. Thanks again.
Did the job to a high standard
The guys worked hard and did the job to a high standard.
Job well done
Our dining room table could have been packed with more protection to the table top, couple of dents and one small gouge, not major. Our carriage clock was poorly packed, significant damage to wooden base. Otherwise, job well done with no hassle.
Everything was great
1. Once the move got underway everything was great, however, the admin of getting an agreed quote and a correct, detailed invoice was difficult. Invoice summaries on a web presentation are useless, we need the detailed PDF. There is no point in cutting an invoice until the quote is agreed. Christine in Tauranga was great in getting it sorted.
2. The move itself, packing and loading under trying weather conditions was great. Kelly from Tauranga was brilliant and what she does and how she does it is a priceless asset to Conroy's and she needs to be paid twice what I would guess she is on.
3. At the Wellington end (Eastbourne) the delivery, unloading and unpacking service was fantastic. Again in difficult weather conditions, where nothing was too much trouble, special mention to Cam and also to Dean for organising the return of boxes to storage and collection of the empties.
This review would have been 5 Star excellent if you had a better internal ICT system (it trips up your staff).

The Auckland crew were very friendly and polite, but didn't seem to work as a managed team, and they left their KFC rubbish in the container - which went into storage for about a month. We were just glad that we had everything delivered a whole lot earlier than initially planned.The crew at the New Plymouth end was also very friendly and by far better skilled, better managed and more careful with our household goods (only thing - please wash your hands after visiting to the toilet).It would have been great customer service to enable deliveries within less than 7 days under specific circumstances. Moving house is stressful as it is, and when circumstances change mid-way it would be helpful if the moving/storage company could be a bit more flexible too.
Move was well-organised and went well
The move was well-organised and went well with the exception that a bedside table was damaged and noted on the delivery docket but as yet (four days later) we have not been contacted about this, which I feel is a bad oversight.

Excellent service and user friendly experience. Well-organised pre uplift and the movers were a great team and very accomodating.
Guys were great. Just my lamp shade got a bit ripped and they bought the wrong piece for the sofa. Was no big deal as I could fit in car and change it over.
