keep up the great work
What a great group of guys that moved us so accommodating and dealing with three women who wanted it looking perfect !
Sorry for the delay in giving feedback. All went well execpt for confusion about the deliver date. Everything arrived safely.
Thank you.
Great communication throughout the process. Good bunch of guys moving us. I really appreciated the packing boxes supplied to us from Cam for the move as it took one stress away from us not having to organise those. The boxes ar available for collection whenever the guys are ready too.
A lamp and clothes rack broke during the move but both were not a concern for me. The trucks also tore up the grass on a few corners on the driveway. Again no a big concern for us, but our neighbours weren’t impressed however well repair and give them time to calm down.
overall a really good move and yes I would use Cam and the team again.
cheers

Only one minor
The delivery guys called me 15 minutes before drop off.
Luckly my partner was on her way hm as I was 30 min away and I did request a call the day before delivery as we are not hm during the day in general.
Apart from that all other communication thru Sophie was great.
Cheers
Gary
The senior (and driver) of the truck was excellent, as were most of the crew. Standouts were as mentioned the driver (?Kevin), plus the Maori crew member from Tauranga. Kevin made the shift as stress-free as possible and the Moari crew at the destination was exceptional.
To note, however, one of the crew from Tauranga, who had an accent, not a kiwi, made the move in stressful - he was rushing, dropped my rowing machine and damaged the casing. He didn't apologise and kept reiterating to me how does it stand? When I said is it broken he ignored me and carried on. The senior (Kevin) slowed him up and the Moari chap also kept him in line making sure my furniture was treated with respect.
While I have indicated that I would use Conroy again (as I have done in the past), I would be very wary of exactly who the crew was going to be.
Conroy provided removal of a small load from A uckland to Christchurch.
Movers were competant and helpful.
There was no damage, and nothing lost.
I would have liked to have had advance notice of the delivery date.
I was particularly impressed with your Christchurch packers Scott and Steve, who were outstandingly helpful, friendly and thorough. So too was Robin the driver, who went above and beyond to ensure certain items that had to be left from his full transporter on what was a somewhat complicated move of a lot of furniture, plants etc to 4 locations was satisfactorily achieved. Given the size of this job, I think it would have helped to have had more people involved at the start of the packing to reduce the 3.5 days it took to achieve, with the staff having to work very long hours to make up the obvious shortful in manpower. Robin and latterly Duncan of your Nelson branch were both helpful and proactive in ensuring items that could not be fitted on the original transport were subsequently delivered, with Cliff and Jamie of your Nelson office also very helpful and efficient. While Derek Purver was our intial contact, I would have expected him also to be in touch during and after the job was completed to provide ongoing customer liaison for what was a major move. As it was, Operations manager Mark had to be 'encouraged' to make additional arrangements for the uplift of extra items that could not fit on the main transporter. While alll in all it was a good move, I suggest some of Conroy's internal communication and adminstration procedures need to be looked at to ensure the excellent men on the frontline receive the full support their outstanding efforts certainly deserve.
