The service was professional from wo to go. Good customer responses and an easy process with pick up and delivery as promised. The move was fairly expensive - as was the insurance. I have one missing bag/item that I have yet to locate (all my summer shoes etc) - so may contact Conroys if that cannot be located. The teams that picked up and dropped off were careful and didnt rush - which was appreciated.
Very happy, fast and efficient!
Pretty Seamless the whole way through, our container was held up from singapore as they forget to offload it or something to that effect. Cannot fault Susan West or the team at Wellington branch as well as the guys that offloaded the goods at my home were very helpful.
We have completed the YES / No questions with No just because we are not sure .... having now unpacked about half of our cartons of carefully packed items, we are very disappointed to find numerous items broken and some of these significantly so eg a George Forman toasted sandwich maker broken in half. The guys loading and unloading were great to deal with but sadly it seems they were not as careful as we had thought them to be.

I wanted to let you know my daughters mattress was teared at the top and the foam is showing. Is this something covered by the insurence policy I paid for? It was by the handle.
The moving people were great, I would have one suggestion got the wellington team to ask permission beofre smoking on the front deck around childre.
The team in Riwaka were thoughtful and asked before they did.
Otherwise I think the crowd are great and would reccommend them again and use them for our next move! Thank you so much

Arrived early and got the job done. efficent and well mannered. A good service. Would use again.
Very efficient service with furniture delivered in good order with only two broken glasses which could be us as we packed our own furniture and a small scrape mark on a leather chair. The furniture was unloaded into the rooms it was required and this was really appreciated as I am past doing heavy lifting. The one bit of advice I would put forward is change the ID stickers you use as they are extremely hard to remove completely and leave a residue behind.
Conway's quotation process and staff engagement is first class.
However Conway management let the image diminish with the state of delivery truck...with back tray having a state that is poor and unsafe..
Generally very good, your staff are efficient, friendly and trustworthy, unfortunately we did have two much loved artistic pieces damaged, one badly, (how do you clean break a 60plus kg crushed marble statue) and one with a smaller break on a more fragile ceramic bust.
Ours was a move between Islands and both houses elevated with awkward stairs. The removal teams were respectful and efficient. We had rain on the delivery day and it was hard work. The guys never complained and went the extra mile. The only concern I had was I had to follow up pick up and delivery times and delivery date the week of moving as I hadn't heard anything. Made it a bit stressful when I had to organize accommodation at the delivery end between pick.up and delivery. It all got sorted and we are happily in our new home.
