my container was over a month late but other than that everything else was great.

The packing took much longer than expected and the estimate of the container size was way under reality! Three guys arrived at approx 9.30am after me being told they be there at 8! They were delayed getting away and Kyle did call to tell me, and they got a little bit lost. Then they were driving away at 2.45 because they had to be back in the yard by 4.30!

Next day they were there just after 8 but to finish were still packing the container at 6.00p.m

It took my wife and I all day Friday to pack all that would not fit in the container somewhere else - the estimate of time and volume might have been a little out!

The packers did not have sufficient cartons for the pictures. Again the estimate was wanting in this area.

They left a few bits and pieces out in the rain after finishing on Tuesday. I had asked that anything left go in the garage and it didn't! No damage though, nice guys, worked hard, packed well,

Our moving was successful however one of our tall boys had a leg smashed.

Hi Conroy team,

we had previously used Conroy to move Briabane to Christchurch in April 2017. And the service was fantastic, I highly recommended you to everyone I spoke to.

however this time we found the service not up to what we had received last time. All our plates and cups were broken which I understand is a risk with sea freight but having 3 corners broken on the tv cabinet was quiet disappointing. I'm not sure if it wasn't wrapped properly or there was just no care taken with our items this time.  

I'll certainly be thinking twice in the future should we need to relocate.

 

on a positive note the service I received was very good and although it took a little longer than we were expecting we were kept informed all the way throughout the journey.
