Great professional service
I have used Conroys previously which influenced my decision to use them this time. All good but communication could be improved.
The service was excellent with your foreman being particularly helpful - 5 stars for him! Nothing was broken or damaged.
Our only complaint is that the truck driver (who I was following in my car) stopped & left the truck unattended for 5 minutes or so. The guys in the van did come back to look for him, but was not impressed that he behaved like this.
Was happy with the service provided, everything went smoothly considering lockdown restrictions. 
The end could have been better, they left cardboard boxes that they bought with them, they left them on the moved property and the new property. They were great in the initial move.
very impressed by intial contact, forms to fill, communication, administration checks. Some confusion re delivery acess to commercial storage units not having sufficent acess. Initiative shown re contacting residential address for delivery. Criticism: pot containers stashed at back of storage shed. Had asked pick-up person that they be accessable on deilery, However i may not have had this put on original request. Please inform removers that any garden items may need to be at front of storage unit.
The whole team were professional and just got on with the job. We would definitely recomment Steve Meadow. He was a very hard worker. He did our garage first and then packed all our china and kitchen. It was a big job and he just kept at it until it was done. Thank you Steve.
Customers Services -
Rebecca has been amazing , she was always very patient & understanding with all the times I had to do change dates due to Covid19. She has fantastic Customer Service skills & Conroys are very lucky to have her.
Peter Seymour , Nick Dobson & Scott also gave exellent service .
Packers - Lily & her off sider doing the packing worked really well.
Loaders -Tony & his off sider were also fantastic . They worked non stop & packed the truck to its utmost capacity. Tony certainly know how load & is an asset to Conroys
Delivery - The 2 guys who delivered & unpacked the truck really let Conroys down. They were an hour late getting here, hadn't brought the ladder to reach the high items .My daughter even had to remind them that there actually was a ramp under to truck to use instead of jumpimg down off the tray !!
The driver was swearing & cursing that there was so much to unload & it was a lot of work in fact he was forever on the phone & wanting to stop & have smoke breaks, he had to be told a couple of times NOT to smoke in the garage.They did not assemble any of the beds either.
Apart from being 90 minutes late - the move went well.
Overall, I had a very positive experience. The movers were professional and worked quickly and well.
