Your telephone setup is frustrating. It would be good to have a direct cellphone number for the local person who becomes the first point of contact

Moved house in close proximity and moved many small items myself leaving Conroy's to manage large items. This was conducted with efficiency as expected by a team of 3. Happy with outcome.

Miscommunication within your team about delivery - I asked for an afternoon delivery (and it was confirmed in writing) and I got a call at 10am to from the delivery people to say they had arrived - but I was in Hamilton 1.5 hours drive away
