Miscommunication within your team about delivery - I asked for an afternoon delivery (and it was confirmed in writing) and I got a call at 10am to from the delivery people to say they had arrived - but I was in Hamilton 1.5 hours drive away

When dropping the items off i was suposed to get a phone call before they arrived to let me know what time they would be here but they just turned up so better communication in the future would be good and then it took them longer as they had missed placed my items which they had to check the other load for only to find they had already brought them in.

Thank you.  The guys did a great job and were friendly and helpful.  Steve mentioned that Conroys will pick up the empty boxes that I have flattened down.  Can I please arrange for the boxes to be picked up. 0210 8169 422,  thank you

Overall excellent and friendly service at a competitive price. The person who took the initial call was really helpful. There was a minor break down in communication and timing over delivery of the items but we finally sorted it out. I will certaily use Conroys again.
