Only hiccup was breakdown in communication. Not advised of time packers would arrive despite trying to ring 0800 and over 3 hours late on delivery. Communication again.
The company stated that the truck driver would call on the Monday to arrange times, he called on the Wednesday about two hours before he was due. He argued that I needed to be in Tauranga at the new property early Thursday however the office lady said he may have other deliveries and may deliver my belongings on th Thursday afternoon. As he did not confirm this himself until late Wednesday, he was not happy that I would only arrive at the new property late Thursday morning. He asked me to call the office to discuss further however I stood my ground and told him his communication was the problem.
He also tied the loungesuite so tight that there are marks on the couch about an inch thick alonfg the edges, I will try to wash these out, but something to be mindful when transporting light coloured furniture.
We just felt the communication re our small delivery thru to Taupo was lacking. ie. delivery deferred and no clear communication as to when items would be delivered........ took us to follow up several times.
Thanks, you fitted me in at short notice and the driver was very accommodating when I could not be there to help him load. I would always recommend Conroy because you are straightforward in business to deal with, drivers are friendly and helpful and understanding.
A very well organised move back. There was some evidence of mould on items and the UK removers were suprised that the packing convention was not the same as theirs. The container was extremely well packed but some items marked fragile showed signs of having been subjected to heavy pressure or had been rotated/packed upside down. We won't be using Conroy again as we have permanently settled in UK. We worked very hard to get our volume down to the suggested number but when the doors were opened, there was about 1.5 metre of free space at the back of the container. Estimating is tough!
Take more care on my belongings as my box are opened already.

Would have scored you an 'excellent' - just needed a bit more communication, eg I was told the truck would arrive at 8am, but it was well after 9 - a phone call would have been appreciated. It was great how the staff remained pleasant and co-operative throughout - couldn't have done enough for me really.
