Only issue was I was expecting the beds would be put back together as I was informed - they were not. Other than that, good service.

Hi there, overall we were really happy with the service of conroys, in particular, the delivery team based here in Hawkes Bay.  They were very shocked, embarrassed and apologetic in regards to how the truck had been loaded by the Wellington based team.  It was terrible.  Things hadn't been secured, breakables were thrown up the top unwrapped (and subsequently broken), things missing as they were not placed together, and overall lazy loading into the truck.  Everyone was lovely to deal with so great customer service.  Just the poor loading into the truck let down the experience.

It took longer to receive our items than what had been initially quoted. The packers and unpackers were great, and Gary in QLD was great too. Disappointed that a few of our items are damaged and we will need to lodge an insurance claim.

Hornell, Mike and Nick on the Auckland side were just fantastic. Would highly recommend this team. However the two guys at the Picton side were disappointing. They seemed to be in a big rush and disrespectful of our property. They had to be spoken to about minor damage they were causing and were asked to take more care. Overall Conroys were great to deal with and I would have rated 5 star but the offload team would make me think carefully about using them again.

Very friendly movers who picked up and delivered items, Rebecca was incredibly helpful for answering my queries etc. I had a bit of trouble with communication on Wellington's end. A few items were also marked and chipped but overall I'm pleased with the service.
