Good overall standards and there were no big issues at all. Only 2 men arrived to do the move, instead of the arranged 3, due to staff shortage on the day. Just meant more work for the 2 that did the job. They were quick workers and loaded faster than we expected, and also unloaded very quickly. No big damage to any of our possessions, only a couple of small marks and light scrapes. Did dislodge a wheel off a large heater and also a wheel off our fridge. We have since managed to refit these parts ourselves. Only other minor matter was the contents of furniture drawers - on desks and furniture - we were told it was ok to leave these in place, only remove valuables and breakables, but the handling and movement of the furniture was not always done in an upright position, so on arrival at our new address items had been quite shaken about and scrambled but it was all fixable. Probably would have been better to have emptied all drawers and packed the contents, but that's not what we were asked to do.
Yes the lady that export wrapped my gear was wonderful and helpful.
I noted that the delivery should happen after 4pim, luckly the day they called I didnt have afternoon class and could get home for 2.30pm delivery.
The gear was unloaded really quickly and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Older guy was a tad grumpy but the move went well . Minor damage to a wall unit and it was a mission to get the lounge suite through the front door but mission was accomplished ! Other than that great service and price was good . Thanks , will recommend to others .
Overall the move went well, although bit took a bit longer than we had expected. A few minor breakages. Packing and delivery crews were efficient and great to deal with.
All good except a 1.8-m mattress isnt delivered. Could you please arrange a second delivery as soon as possible?
Trevor and the transfer crew were on point, took pride and care with all furniture. Even went the extra to get the indstrial lawn mower on the truck. These guys are awesome and work their butts off for client satisfaction!!
Administration needs better customer feedback. Fast at securing the job, but a little untimely with communication when things happen out of the blue like covid etc. . .response time was very late and last minute.

couldn't assemble my bed because of four missing bolts with halfmoon washers .... probably missplaced on packing didn't come off the truck in Devonport. I can send you a picture of the part.
Removal staff excellent. Didn't get confirmation call the day before o had to follow up
