The person who dismanteled our bed was not careful and broke the dowlings but did not say anything.  The bed has three long support boards along length of bed and it needs two people but he just whacked into it without a second pair of hands and that will be how the dowling broke.  The guys were friendly and courteous at both ends and worked hard.  Sometimes I thought they could have been a little more careful - did not seem concerned when a box fell or scraped.  However nothing was brokedn inside boxes - due to my expert packing and plenty of tightness in boxes and lots of paper around everything.  The guys putting our furniture back together were not so good on the "skills".  Had to take our table to bits and do it again but to be fair the holes were a little big foir the screws so maybe that was OK.  Haven't heard back from Conroy about replacing a curtain rod that the guy bent in tow.  He told us he had done that when he packed the container.  Generally pretty good service.  Would use Conroy again..  Thanks for making the moving day as easy as possible. 

Shift went well. Men were courteous the filling of the truck could have been faster if there had been another man on the job. It would have been helpful if there had been some tools in the truck to help dismantle beds etc. there was no damage to my goods they were well packed and handled. Thank you for your service

Efificient and courteous

We moved islands and only one glass was broken and an outdoor table leg bent.  Pretty good.  Staff were pleasant.  To improve advice and guidance prior to moving would be helpful.  Better labelling so we can locate things easier.  For instance there  are essentials you want to locate quicker when you move to new place like pots, tableware so you can cook or tea and coffee first.  It took 2 days to find them.  This would have rated 5 and propelled you to excellent
