My overall experience was good. Everyone was friendly and the two movers were very quick to unload the truck. However, I was a bit surprised how I had to push to get parts of the agreement done: assembly, unpacking. I only got the bed assembled (As agreed, IKEA style furniture were not to be assembled), but if the movers had removed the wrapping on all the other regular furniture, removed the wrapping for the bags and suitcases it would have been of great help for us. I had to call back the next day to get the boxes removed from the house in order to continue unpacking (we have no garage and it was raining). Had the movers done a little bit more on the delivery day, that would have increased my experience and satisfaction. Apparently I was lucky to have someone from Conroy in the area to collect the empty boxes and wrapping the day I called.

WE rate you quite high but we have something missing.  A pair of mens leather and rabbit fur slippers. They were under the bed when the Waiheke movers dismantled the bed. We did forget to check under the bed and so they did not get packed. Im hoping they were put in the truck and did not come off with our furniture in Napier. Can you check it out please. These are no usual slippers. They were a gift and are expensive.  Thanks Cheryl Keeling

We used Conroy Removals to receive our belongings from overseas.  The communication was scant.  Information requests were completely ignored.  Repeated information requests were completely ignored.   BUT... once our container arrived in our driveway, Mike & Junior did a fantastic job unloading and unpacking our furniture.  Mike & Junior were very careful with all of our belongings.  We've done a few moves, and every move saw damage done to our belongings and/or to the house.  No issues with damage this time.  Mike & Junior are the best!!
