We were generally happy with our removal process but feel room numbers & better labelling on the boxes would have been helpful to us unpacking. The quality of the packing was excellent.

When I unpacked some of the furniture the packer had put sticky tape straight onto the furniture. As I tried carefully removing the sticky tape it left very big marks.
Communication from Australia to new Zealand was fantastic.
The 2 men that arrived to load the truck ended up having a huge argument with each other (including some very colorful language) and this brought everything to a complete standstill for aproximatly half an hour - I do believe they sorted thngs out though because everything went back to normal after that and the move was pretty efficient. A little disappointed with the timing on the second day as the team only arrived at the new place (offload) at about 5pm and was bocked for about midday? The conroys ops team did however send another team to help and even though it was 5 hours later than expected, it took an hour to offload into the new place without any damage at all!! That was actually pretty good work - our compliments to the team!!
