Some items were not marked well when packed which made Glenn's job more difficult than necessary.
Packed and transported from A to B promptly with only minor damage to three of items. Packaging materials collected in due course.

Helpful and easy to deal with. Took good care of all household goods. Robin was excellent unpacking and placing furniture, didn't rush when I asked things to be changed.
The insurance information is not clear and there was not an option to select "Sets" for drawers. 1 x bedside was damaged but they only covered one, even when I clearly stated that if one was damaged I would like both covered as they are a set.
Also the replacement cost was not honoured - costs of items in New Zealand are a lot higher than similiar items in Australia.
All the items we packed outselves in boxes were not damaged, some of the items that they packed were damaged.
Great packing team, all our items are intact! Thank you again.
I think it was easy, nothing was damaged, the delivery end could probably be better. We held stuff in storage for a year and couldn't get delivery on a Saturday. It would be better to organise a delivery over the phone instead of having to request a date.
in saying this very easy, well packaged, fair price, kept safe in storage for 12months+took away packaging material on request as part of the service
The start of the journey was great but felt the communication was a bit down in the middle. The packers and movers were really fantastic and a joy to have around. All very helpful and extremely polite. They went the extra mile and are a credit to Conroy.
Didn't get boxes for pre-packing which was annoying and had to purchase a bunch of stuff. This is being refused which is appreciated.
you also need an after hours number as I couldn't get through to anyone from 11am Saturday morning when I realised no boxes had been dropped off.
Apart from being and hour late all went smoothly. I would have appreciated a phone call to say they were going to be late. I was in a panic and had to phone twice to get an answer about their whereabouts.Guys were very helpful and courteous, overall very happy with move.
