Great service with communication, packing and delivery
Great service with communication, packing and delivery.
Some breakages but not because of any negligence on your part.....accidents do happen.
One of your staff would not listen to client instruction on occasions and he was loud and opinionated but nonetheless was a great worker. All other employees of yours were outstanding.
Very professional and efficient service
Very professional and efficient service. Truck was on time, in fact early, which suited me. The two men were friendly, quick and had a good system to pack the truck. Unfortunately coffee table suffered small damage. The men were gutted as took a pride in their work. I'm wondering if Conroy might assist with repair?
Service was excellent
Overall the service was excellent. Conroy packed our larger items. Would definitely use their services again.
Removal crew went above and beyond in making things seamless
Whilst we experienced an unforseen delay in waiting for the 'overflow' truck on packing day, the removal crew that we had... Cody, CJ, Whio, & Doh, went above and beyond in making things seamless, as well as being heaps of fun to deal with. How they dealt professionally with the driveways at both loading and unloading was a credit to them. Regards.

- Need more than 1 person to do the packing on day 1 of a 3 bedroom house with a single garage. The 1 person was great but he needed a team to help. Other companies we have used in the past sent 3-4 people and completed the packing in half a day.
- Boxes need to be 1) labelled and 2) clearly labelled. This did not happen on all boxes which made it difficult for the delivery team to find another 'mystery box'.
- When reusing the boxes, cross out previous names and items to avoid confusion.
- Net curtains were ripped due to staff passing items through the window during removal. Other minor damage to items too.
Overall it was a great experience
Overall it was a great experience. We shifted our moving dates last minute and Conroy was very accomodating. Communication was great throughout and services kept to time.
The only feedback is in regards to the packing services - things were not packed very carefully. For example, wineglasses individually wrapped, but books were stacked on top with a lot of them smashing as a result. No fragile notes on boxes with fragile items. The labelling on boxes also quite confusing and difficult to know what was in them. We've used Conroy before and the packing previously was absolutely fantastic so we were a bit disappointed with the service level this time around.
I would use them again
Overall, my experience with Conroy's was very good, from the initial quoting process through to the cheerful duo that came to pick up my boxes after a very long day. The only thing was they were running very behind their estimated arrival time, and I had some trouble finding out what was happening their end. Luckily, it didn't create a problem for me, as it was only a few boxes. Otherwise, communication has been excellent, with several emails updating me on my shipment's progress. which has arrived safely in Melbourne. They were very competitive in their pricing, and I would use them again if needed.
Everything ran well
Overall everything ran well, but there were a few injuries i.e the fridge dented and a credenza was a bit worse for wear. Also a mirror damaged. But the guys were great.
We are missing the steel legs for our bed and the control box and lead for it as well, which was dismantled by the shifters on the day so were not packed in one of our boxes.
If you could do a search them please it would be appreciated.

Communication from when we accepted the quote could of been better, as if I hadn't followed up when I did, there was a chance our shift wouldn't of gone ahead on the date we requested
