It was a nice service. Pick up was done very professionally. It is better if there were at least two people for the delivery. It was hard for just one person to carry stuff so we too engaged in lifting big items. However, I'm happy with the service and reccomend it to others.

I had to wait a couple of months because my move was only a small lot, and Conroy were too busy. The guys that did the actual removal were awesome. Not only friendly, helpful, but kept in touch with timelines even when delivery had to be replanned due to the big freeze and my road being impassable for the truck. The office is a different story. Communications were muddled, addressed to the wrong person, (but thankfully at the correct email address) and dates given for the pickup were wrong, causing inconvenience to my family who were holding them in their garage. Eventually sorted out by finding one person in the office to address my emails to, and getting her to organise it. So yes, I would certainly use Conroy again, and am grateful that I found a company that was willing to move stuff from the top of the country to the far South.

Everyone was really nice and showed care with our belongings.

unfortunately one big piece of furniture got a little bit of damage. Apart from that the experience was excellent.
