Washing machine removed from laundry but left the connection pipes which we have had to reorder from Australia and still havent received. That has been alittle inconvenient,
Awesone work Auckland team! Operation staff were so good to communicate with in Auckland even the mover boys were so good amd careful ! However, when it came to Napier the guy on the phone so say our stuff arrived from Auckland and gave us an estimate on when our stuff would be delivered, sounded really nice and what not. But whoever dropped our stuff to storage was disappointing. We asked twice to be updated as soon as the truck arrived at the storage place so we could be there when unloading because not everything needed to be in there and also because we had the padlock. But we received no call that they were on the way there nothing when they got there and nothing when they left. It was disappointing because what if our stuff was taken.. our stuff was left in the shed with no lock on it because we had no idea it was there. It was just lucky I happen to just check in and see our stuff had been dropped there.
So overall AUCKLAND TEAM AMAZING 10/10 AND WOULD RECOMMEND...
NAPIER.. Questionable with their communication .
The movers themselves went above and beyond they were easy to deal with, respectful and certainly took a lot of stress off us. A bit more care needs to be taken with larger furniture items.
The guys at both the Napier and the Wellington end were brilliant. Very hard working, friendly and respectful. Fabulous service
Overall our move was great - The guys who both loaded and unloaded our furniture were great and helpfull. Would like to make special mention to the two guys who unloaded our furniture, they went above and beyond to help us out.
Obliging staff
Some delay in delivery as the phone number we gave had an answering phone service which wasn't used. otherwise great.
My whole experience with Conroy Removals was excellent. Right from dealing wth the positive and informative person who answered the phone through to the efficient guys who did the actual removal. I also appreciated that I could do a lot on line with Conroy - it really made a difference. I will certainly recommend your services to others
