The whole experience with Conroy Removals was professional from start to finish. The staff were friendly and efficient when picking up/dropping off my items.
One thing that I think may be improved upon is communication. Although the email correspondance was fast and friendly, when my stuff got delivered I only recieved a call an hour or two in advance saying they wanted to drop it off. This only worked because I had a cancellation at work that day, but I do believe in the future it would be nice if you could organise the delivery drivers to call the person a day in advance, as a couple hours is not enough time.
Overall was delighted with the service. Just took a while between goods arriving in NZ to being delivered to Gisborne

The administration lady was quick to respond to my emails. My removal team did a great job! When the team arrived to deliver my goods in Nelson I had a team of very professional young men that communicated well and were super helpful. The best unload team in my lifetime of moving to 4 major cities in NZ.
Good friendly team of guys at both pick up and delivery, didn't fit in everything we needed to but I fully understand why due to how I had items stored.
The service can be improved by informing customers of an approximate time the firm will be coming. I only discovered after 3 phone calls that at 4 pm they would get to my house around 8pm. This was not satisfactory. Everything else about the process was excellent.
Crews worked hard (particularly the first day) and were very willing to be flexible and cope with our changes of mind. Only complaint was the damage in transit to LCD screen which may have been dropped when delivered to the new building on Tuesday
