We received great service from Kat for the quote and arranging the move and dates for us.

Mike and his team were at the house when they said they would be, on both pick up and delivery, which is awesome! We really appreciated that Mike was so on top of everything, while also being very low stress and really nice! Mike gave us full confidence as he's obviously so experience and took such care with our belongings. Knowing he would be the one on the delivery side as well gave us huge comfort. Mike and Duncan managed to get the truck up our long tricky drive with as little stress as possible. Mike's awesome, and we can't thank him enough for the amazing job he did. Duncan was also a pleasure to deal with and did such a great job on the Nelson side.

Mike's team of 2 in Wellington also did a good job. One very experienced mover, who was really great. The other mover was new, but once they got into a grove, they did a great job. Friendly and good natured. On the Nelson side, Mike arrived with Duncan and it was just those 2 for a bit, and then 3 other movers turned up, which honestly made it a bit chaotic. (One guy bowed out after hitting his head.) Again, once they got into a grove, they all did great!

The one thing we should have done is put some covering on the cream-coloured carpet beofre they started, as it ended up very dirty and stained from the movers. I'll have to get a steam clearer to get it clean. In other moves we've had, the movers put down drop cloths on the floor in the main traffic areas. I didn't think of it at the time, or I would have asked for that. This is why I gave a 4 star instead of a 5.

Overall, the move went exceptionally well, Mike was fantastic, and the teams were great. We would certainly use you again and we'd definately recommend you. Many thanks!

Conroys was great, they packed our items well and fit a lot into the container. Our only issue was the late arrival as that meant we were really delayed leaving Auckland which was not ideal. Delivery on the Napier end was awesome, lovely friendly movers.

Removal team on site were fabulous. Really efficient and very personable. Everything was handled with care and everything arrived safely in one piece. The sales and quote process was equally excellent. My one suggestion is it would have been great for the removal guys to carry a handful of boxes and bubble wrap on the truck as we were short by a couple on the day when packing last minute items in use till then. However a work around was found. Good work team

The guys were great. Unfortunately they broke an internet cable that hangs across our driveway and serves our neighbour. I did my best to coordinate the wire being lifted above the truck height, which it was but the wire got caught on a flap of broken rubber hanging up from the upside of the truck's rear. This caused the wire to snap, the internet connection to fail and, considering they operate their business from hom, it has caused them distress. I agreed to pay for the repair (now completed by Chorus but bill yet to be invoiced). Would Conway's be prepared to make a contribution to this cost please?

Our move went really well. My only criticism was that I couldn't get anyone to answer he phone when I went to book initially. Ended up booking online instead, but would have preferred to speak to someone. Cathy
