Just feedback regarding organising a time for delivery.  I received the call on the day with a timing - which was not going to be till the afternoon.  

Previous note from admin advised call would be made 48 hours prior to confirm a drop off time - approximates would be fine as well.  Just saves the client waiting the whole day and/or organise things at work.

Excellent experience overall. If I could make one comment that would be when the furniture is loaded into a container which is sealed and then delivered to destination then is it necessary to place a label on all of the items and write a manifest. My only comment is that this probably took about 1.5 hours on the day before any furniture was loaded to the truck. Thanks Phill
