Very professional process and quite quick response to customer's requests. That make sure customer to get shipment in time and without any damage. It is great job!
Thanks Conroys. My shift was made easy and stress free right from the time I rang for an estimate right through to shift day, The guys were friendly and proffesional. Will recommnd to others and will be using Conroys for my next shift.
Very pleased with he service.
However the man who came to check site prior to pickup was difficultto understand, we remained unclear on what he was trying to check, and he left us somewhat confused.
But everyne else was excellent and we would have no hesitation in using you again.
Whilst our responses to the above indicate a high level of satisfaction with Conroy Removals were disappointed to discover (2) hairline cracks on the top of our Italian marble coffee table for which we had paid an additional insurance premium of several hundred dollars.Can you please advise me of the procedure by which we are able to make a claim for this damage.
Conroys driver always arrived on time and gave us forwarning via text. They were very helpful at co ordinating a multi site and City to City move without damage occurring.
The staff who performed the package and loading were excellent, courteous, helpful and performed a grea job. Very impressed.

Everyone was really lovely and the move went quickly and without any problems.
If there was a 10-star rating, I would give it to the the team that did our move. Communication was great right from the start and the team who did the packing, loading and unloading, were wonderful. We cannot fault anything. A special shout out to the youngest of the crew! What a trooper that young man is. A true assest to the company.

that he could not handle .The entire removal was an absolute success with no damages a very commendable effort considering the size of our removal 90 plus
